Product Information: The Merry Wanderer dealer's plaque was first modeled by master sculptor Reinhold Unger in 1949. Typically this plaque is seen in German or English. There are very few copies of the Swedish plaque known to exist. This was never available to the public, it was only issued in extremely limited quantities as a retail display in Sweden.
This hummel has been privately owned and just recently came out of a local collectors estate. The condition is excellent, no crazing, chips or damage. More pictures available on request. Will ship insured and doubled boxed. Book value is $4,000 - $6,000.
